To help us respond quickly and keep everything organised, we use a support ticket system.

Each support request gets its own ticket number, which you can use to check for updates and replies online. You’ll also have access to a full history of all your previous support requests for reference.

You need a valid registration to log in and submit a ticket. You can also email support@ithos.ie with your query; if you're a registered user, we'll create a ticket from your email.
